I love making bread. Okay, I love eating homemade bread but have not mastered the science of it yet and all the different types of flour so I get super excited when a loaf comes out and is edible. I tried a recipe online, and it came out wonderful. I suggest visiting her website and not only trying this recipe but browsing all her other ones and her blog. Its great. This bread is perfect for sandwiches. Great option instead of buying store bought. I used a bread machine on dough setting and baked in oven 30 minutes.
